MARYVILLE, Mo. — Missouri Gov. Mike Parson announced Wednesday that he has appointed Caleb Phillips as the new Nodaway County Proseucting Attorney.
Phillips currently serves as a law clerk to federal judge Roseann Ketchmark. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri and a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
Phillips will take over for interim prosecutor David Baird, who was appointed to the position in the interim after former prosecutor Robert Rice became Associate Circuit Judge for the 4th Judicial Circuit. Phillips will serve out the remainder of Rice’s term through 2022.
